The purpose of this survey is to collect information from you about Peace Corps Youth Development Projects. Any personal information about you, submitted with this form, will be kept strictly confidential, and will not be published, or given to another organization. If you would like your contact information to be listed in the YDP Website Directory, please indicate this in your message. The information you provide will contribute to the analysis and monitoring of YDP projects, the intention of this survey is to gather information that will help PCV's and Affiliates maintain and improve their YDP projects.
